archeryarmguard.com, trading as Fletchguard, is operated by Animouf LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Contact: contact@archeryarmguard.com.
Using this site
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we cannot ship to the address given, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order that has already been paid for, you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free to every destination we serve. Import duties for destinations outside the United States are the recipient's responsibility, as set out in our shipping policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Product information
We describe the arm guard as accurately as we can. The material is PU leather, also called synthetic leather, and is described that way throughout this site rather than as leather. Photographs are of the product being sold, and colours may vary slightly between screens.
We do not publish length, width or weight figures for this guard. The only dimension graphic available from our supplier describes a different model, and we will not republish a measurement of another product as though it were this one. The size guide gives you a method to measure your own forearm instead.
Ratings shown on this site come from verified purchaser feedback collected on our supplier's listing. Where we quote a review we quote it as written.
Safety, and the limits of what this product does
An arm guard is protective equipment with a specific and limited purpose: it reduces the effect of a bowstring striking the forearm. It is not body armour and it does not make archery safe on its own.
Archery carries inherent risk. You are responsible for the safe operation of your own equipment, for shooting only in a designated and controlled area, for following the rules of your range or club, and for supervising minors. Nothing on this site is a substitute for instruction from a qualified coach.
The guides published on this site are general information written by an experienced coach. They are not personal coaching and they cannot account for your equipment, your body or your range.
Returns
Every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where that limitation would be unlawful.
Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions with statutory consumer rights keep those rights in full. Nothing here reduces them.
Intellectual property
The text, photography and design of this site belong to Animouf LLC, except for buyer-submitted review photographs, which remain the property of the buyers who took them and are shown as posted.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
